Currently, there are 16 active listings in Gainey and those listings have been on the market an average of 103 days. The average asking price per square foot is $589.
There are four pending sales and from Aug 1, 2025 to Sept 30, 2025, there have been 12 closed sales ranging in price from $650,000 for a townhome in the Pavilions to $3,950,00 for a single family home in North Meadow. Here are MLS stats for the recently closed sales:

Scottsdale remains in a weak seller’s market and Gainey Ranch is no exception.
